Jacob's House Recovery Center (JHRC) provides essential supportive services to men and women in our community battling addiction. With your generous support, JHRC can continue to help our neighbors restore their lives, find happiness, and start a new path for the future.
Stabilization Services
Support of $1,000 provides stabilization services for one month for a new program participant moving into JHRC housing. This amount covers one-month of rent, transportation assistance, food and clothing. These services enable new participants to enter the program without the worry of covering costs of essentials. This support eases the transition and enhances the chance of success in the program and overall sobriety.
Corporate Office Operations
Support of $12,550 assists with needed capital improvement including upgraded air conditioning and heating unit and awnings and signage for the JHRC building.
Safety & Security
Support of $1,600 enables JHRC to ensure the ongoing safety and security of program participants by upgrading facilities with exterior security cameras and combination security locks. The combination code security locks alleviate the need of changing out locks when particpants exit the program or replacing lost keys.
Upgraded Technology
Support of $3,807 will enable JHRC to purchase new computers and printers to ensure staff can efficiently and effectively assist program particpants with linkages to community resources, enrollment in community programs, completion of job applications, and other services necessary to their success.
Sober Housing Improvements
Jacob's House/Kimball Place: Support of $5,281 assists with needed capital improvments including new energy efficient window replacements
Landusky House/Lockbourne: Support of $19,829 assists with needed capital improvements including new air conditioning and heating units and energey efficient window replacements.
